Know what you want. Build a plan to get there.
Turn personal ambitions into clear goals, practical plans and consistent action.
Personal Progress is an emerging approach to helping people get clear on what matters, decide what to do next and build a repeatable process for making progress.
Help Shape Personal ProgressThe challenge
Good intentions are not the same as progress.
You may already know what you’d like to change. The difficulty is often turning that intention into a workable plan and following through when everyday life gets busy.
Goals can remain vague. Priorities compete. Days disappear into routine. Plans are made and then abandoned.
We’re exploring a more structured approach to helping people move from intention to execution.
Proposed principles
A practical system for moving forward.
These are the principles we’re exploring, not a proven proprietary method.
Define what matters
Get clearer about your ambitions and choose the goals that deserve your attention.
Turn goals into plans
Translate longer-term outcomes into milestones, weekly priorities and specific next actions.
Plan tomorrow today
Finish the day knowing what matters tomorrow and when you will do it.
Take consistent action
Track commitments, recognise progress and establish routines that support follow-through.
Review and improve
Assess what’s working, identify obstacles and adjust the plan.

The programme is being explored. Your experience will help determine its eventual format.
Research, before assumptions
Help shape what comes next.
Before building a programme or technology, we want to understand what people actually need.
Which goals matter most to you? What have you already tried? What makes progress difficult? What kind of support would genuinely help?
Your experience can help us decide what is worth building.

Questions
Is Personal Progress available yet?
We’re currently researching and developing the concept. The programme and its final format have not yet been established.
Is this counselling or therapy?
No. The concept is focused on forward-looking goal setting, planning, execution and personal development. It is not a counselling or therapy service.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to achieve?
Not necessarily. Developing greater clarity about your priorities may be part of the process.
Will there be an app?
That’s one possibility we’re exploring, but we haven’t committed to building an app. We want to understand what would genuinely help people before deciding on the format.
